DMW Redeploy: What Is The Impact On Listed DMW Configuration And LSH Already In Production?

Goal
DMW application is already on Production but needs to be redeployed, as described in section 4.2 from DMW Installation Guide document.
Need to understand the impact of this dmwapp.ear redeployment on the below listed DMW Configurations:
-- Categories
-- Tags
-- Flags
-- InForm Tables and Views selected in DMW Administration UI
-- Discrepancy Actions
-- DMW Data Sources
-- Discrepancy - Reason for Change
-- Security Configurations (User Accounts, Functional Roles, User Groups, User Group assignments etc.)
-- LSH Profile Value (DMW: Append Username to Discrepancy Text, DMW_DSC_CATEGORY_MANDATORY, DMW_DSC_ACTION_MANDATORY, DMW_STUDY_CLASSIFICATION_UI_LABEL, DMW:BLIND_INFORM_HIDDEN_ITEMS, DMW:FWR_ARCHIVE_ENABLED, ICX:SESSION_TIMEOUT etc.)
-- Also, need to understand, if redeploying DMW App will have any impacts to the LSH application. Please note that LSH instance is already in Production and holding already study data.
