User Unable to View Shipment with View Privileges (Doc ID 2438531.1)

Symptoms

Users with just "VIEW_SHIPMENT_AND_RECEIPTS_PRIV" are not able to view the shipment information.

Steps to reproduce :
1. Create a new user with only "RMS_SHIPMENT_AND_RECEIPTS_INQUIRY_DUTY".
2. Login into RMS with the new user.
3. Navigate to Inventory -> Shipment and Receipts.
4. Enter the shipment number in the search.
5. Verify the shipment number link is disabled and you are not able to view the shipment.
