Symptoms

On OFSAAI 7.3.5.0.0, the  OFSAA services are unable to authenticate an user authentication request both through the UI and through the backend ESIC call for batch execution.

All OFSAA services, ICC, Infrastructure server, router, am and messenger services were running when the issue occurred.

Workaround :Restarting the OFSAA engine fixes it.
