Unable to View or Create a Transaction Within ReSA with Item Level Tax (IGTAX) (Doc ID 2438805.1)

Symptoms

 You cannot create a transaction within ReSA with Item Level Tax (IGTAX) as the detail does not appear on the Transaction Maintenance Window.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Open ReSA.
  2. Go to the Transaction Maintenance Window.
  3. Open a transaction and notice that you cannot get to tax item detail and the user cannot enter any information.
