Symptoms

Two External IDs are returned when searching in 360 by Address.

Steps to Recreate

  1. Go to Main menu - > 360 Search
  2. Search By Address
  3. Verify the drop down value for Service point identifier type
  4. Verify that there are two drop down values with the name ‘External Id’.
