NMS Viewer Does not Show Recently Created Model Edit (Doc ID 2439284.1)

Symptoms

A newly added inline jumper is not visible. What is seen is a gap between the fuse and the end conductor and transformer.  This is where the model edit should have appeared

Changes

This problem was noticed on a newly set up testing system.

This NMS system was set up where the NMS services are running on a server that is separate from the Weblogic server.  Typically, this is expected and would not itself be a problem.
