Batch Execution Fails With "Could not connect to SFTP server" Error in Log (Doc ID 2439666.1)

Batch execution is failing with SFTP errors in log files.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into OFSAA Infrastructure
  2. Go to Operations > Batch Execution
  3. Select a Batch, an MIS Date, and click Execute Batch
