Issue In Large Scorecard Export From OPPM 16.1.3 Version Using Internet Explorer 11 (Doc ID 2439756.1)

On : 16.1.3.3 version, Scorecard Module

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When customer try to export a large score card which has 14M output file in
IE11, customer could not see the "Export Settings" page in the pop up window.
Instead, it only shows a blank window. The file also end up exported an empty
file with name undefined-undefined.csv.
This does not happen when customer using Google Chrome browser.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

export large scorecard in IE11 should work

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login OPPM and go to scorecard window
2. Select large scorecard in the drop down list
3. Export this score card from Scorecard->Export menu
4. The pop up new window which should be Export Settings end up with a blank
page and the export result file end up with an empty file with name undefined-undefined.csv

BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, users cannot use IE11 to export large scorecard.
