File Rename During Initial Check-in Not Working (Doc ID 2440011.1)

Symptoms

After installing <Patch 27508628> - MCAD 3.6 PATCH SET 2, on check-in, the filename used to get renamed to Design Object name but with the patch file it's not getting renamed.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Install MCAD <Patch 27508628> on a 3.6 environment.
  2. Make sure to use the setting AcpInitialRenameObject=1 in AcpCustomer9.ini.
  3. Perform a check-in of a part.
  4. Notice that the filename is not getting renamed to Design Object name.
