Missing Pack Information in Item Master Screen

Information in this document applies to any platform.
After applying CHF <Patch 28193996>, pack details are not visible in the Item Master screen.
Steps To Reproduce:
1. Open item master screen for a created pack item in "Edit" mode.
2. Notice that pack information is missing.
