SIM Fails to Silently Drop a StockOrder Message Related To CustomerOrder (Stockhonding_ind='N' )

Information in this document applies to any platform.
A StockOrder related to CustomerOrder (stockhonding_ind = 'N') was sent from Retail Merchandise System (RMS) to Store Inventory Management(SIM). This message was processed by SIM. The message should have been dropped silently.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. A Web Order was integrated in RMS.
2. A transfer is created regarding the previous web customer order.
3. This transfer is sent to Retail Warehouse Management System (RWMS) and SIM.
Note that SIM does not drop the message.
