DEFQ Form Hangs with Spinning Hourglass When Opening (Doc ID 2440602.1)

Symptoms

In Data Entry Forms and Queries > Data Entry, when you try to open a form in the Data Entry screen, the form hangs with a spinning hourglass.

 

Additionally, the following error is in the nohup.out created when you start Tomcat / Weblogic / Websphere:

As a result of this issue, you cannot use the form to edit or add data.
