Symptoms

File transfer fails with any XMPP client connecting to Oracle Communications Instant Messaging Server.

Consider a scenario where a file need to be sent from client 'A' to 'B':

User selects a file on client 'A' and sends it.  The user on client 'B' receives a notification to accept the file and select the folder to save it, but then the transfer fails.
