Symptoms

On Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management(BRM), 7.5.0.20.0 version, Billing Care,

Overriden Purchase / Cycle fee lost when activated product from Billing Care.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create an account on May 2nd.
2. Purchase a product with an override amount 250 dollars.
3. Inactivate the product.
4. Run Billing on June 2nd.
5. Activate the product on June 29.
6. On July 2nd, run billing. 250 dollars will not come and the Overridden amount will be ignored.

Actual Behavior:

Overridden amount fee lost, when the product got activated.

Expected Behavior:

Overridden amount fee will be retained, when the product get activated.
