Symptoms

<Patch 27762477> installation on PDC Version 11.1.0.11.0 is failing with the following error message:


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Download <Patch 27762477> from My Oracle Support Web Site: http://support.oracle.com
2. Copy the patch to PDC machine to a temporary file.
3. Run ./runInstaller.sh script for OUI window.
