Opened Zip File Attachment Files Timestamp is GMT (Doc ID 2440866.1)

Symptoms

Actual Behavior
When selecting multiple attachment files and download, it will be downloaded
as zip file. After unzipping the zip file, attachment files timestamp is set
to GMT while zip file itself is set with users Timezone. When downloading
only single attachment file, the file timestamp is also in sync with users Timezone.

Step to Reproduce
1. Login to Web Client with admin user

2. Change user time zone to below :

Time Zone: (GMT+09:00) Japan Standard Time (Osaka, Sapporo, Tokyo)

3. Relogin with admin user
4. Move to item: P00035 attachment tab
3. Upload 2 attachments file

pricelist0531.xlsx        FOLDER000005

4. Select 2 attachment file row and press Get button for download

5. download.zip is downloaded

6. Check download.zip timestamp. It is set to JST.

7.Unzip download.zip

8. Review the 2 file timestamp. It is set to GMT.
