'Transaction Tax override by percent' is Getting Recorded as 'Item Tax override by percent' in Database (Doc ID 2441325.1)

In Oracle Retail Point of Service (RPOS) , for a manual override transaction, Transaction Tax override by percentage is printed as Item Tax override by percent in the TR_LTM_SLS_RTN_TX table.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Login to 'POS F3'
2. Scan Items 4321, 60020002
3. Click on Transaction F5 > Tax F2 > Override %
4. Enter Tax Override % rate as 4, and a reason code
5. Click on Tender F6 > Cash F2
Notice that TR_LTM_SLS_RTN_TX.NM_ATHY_TX, NM_RU_TX, ID_UNQ column values are updated with description : "Item Tax override by percent" instead of "Transaction Tax override by percent" for both the line items.
