Records Not Created Via Gateway in Unifier Cannot be updated in Unifier Using Gateway File Provider (Doc ID 2441358.1)

Symptoms

The requirement was to update an existing Unifier record (such as record title) through Primavera Gateway's File Provider (csv import).

The result was that the the record from Unifier it is updated ONLY IF it was previously created through Primavera Gateway's File Provider, so the ObjectID as cross reference key value is stored in Primavera Gateway.
