Symptoms
When defining a forecast IRC and run the ALM Dynamic Deterministic Process, the process fails with the following shown at the end of the log:
The process succeeds when no forecast rates method is defined. Once we define a method, the process fails.
The defined forecast method is flat rate.
This same issue is happening with other forecast IRC methods as well.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Define a forecast IRC
2. Create ALM Dynamic Deterministic Process as per customer's specifications
3. Run the process
4. Check results, including ofsrm log ending
