Symptoms

The Primavera Gateway and Unifier integration options are missing from P6 Professional when connecting over Cloud Connect with client side cache enabled.

Primavera Gateway and/or Unifier are correctly configured in P6 Web, but the following options are missing in P6 Professional:

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into an P6 Client using Cloud Connect with Client Side Cache on
  2. Go to Enterprise > Projects > Right Click on the details tab > Select 'Customize Project Details'
  3. Notice 'Integration' and 'Primavera Unifier' are not listed
  4. Log out
  5. Change the Database connection to turn off Client Side Cache
  6. Log back in
  7. Go to Enterprise > Projects > Right Click on the details tab > Select 'Customize Project Details'
  8. Notice 'Integration' and 'Primavera Unifier' are listed now
