Symptoms
On : 2.6.0.1.0 version, CNT - Control Central
Control Central Navigation: Search By Field Defect
Navigation of Search By field by using arrow keys are not responding properly. The search field has various criteria that the user can search via and is ordered:
o Name and Address
o Account ID
o Phone Number
o Person ID Type/Value
o Geo Type/Value
But for each arrow key pressed, the selection of the item in the dropdown list box are not in sequential order.
