Accessing Reports Tab In P6 Web Fails With: Unable To Load Data (Doc ID 2442050.1)

Using WebLogic - in p6 web, when choosing the Reports tab, error "Unable to load data" appears.

Nothing is written to the p6webaccess.html file or to the P6 managed server logs, and the reports are accessible and do run directly in BI Publisher.


Managed server log file (after soap logging is enabled), and "Reports tab is accessed" shows errors similar to:

Steps to Reproduce
1. Have a running P6 EPPM environment with BI Publisher and Reports configured correctly.
2. Log into P6 EPPM.
3. Click Reports tab
Message received in browser: Unable to load data.
