Can Install Events Be Used for Tracking Move-In and Back Dated Move-In at Premise? (Doc ID 2442109.1)

Last updated on AUGUST 03, 2022

Applies to:

Oracle Utilities Meter Data Management - Version 2.1.0.3 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

There is a business requirement in our project where move-in is back dated ,ie.,even if there is a connected-commissioned install event on a service point , we need to create a past dated install event on the service point.

Example:
If we have install event of 5th May 2018 which is connected commissioned. And there is a business requirement to create a backdated move-in of 20th february 2018 , we have to create a connected commissioned effective from 20 feb 2018 and it's removal date time be 4th may 2018. But the system does not allow us to create this and throws error - 'Device cannot be installed at the Service Point as a device is already installed for the Install Date/Time'.

Is there anyway to create backdated move-in ?
