Not Able To Open Worksheets Get Error while running Worksheets Window PrivilegedActionException (Doc ID 2442191.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.4 version, DM-Gen

Demantra instance no longer able to open worksheets

The Collaborator Workbench works but worksheets do not open

- The resulting on-screen java error was not informative:

   ERROR: "Error while running Worksheets Window PrivilegedActionException"

- Tests with multiple users show that the issue is environment-wide

- Tests with a second webserver show that the issue is persistent across webserver

ERROR appserver.error: java.sql.SQLSyntaxErrorException: ORA-00942: table or view does not exist


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Demantra collaborator workbench
2. Open worksheets
