Symptoms

On 12.2.7 install with the latest VCP patchset applied (12.2.7.1 Mandatory Patch 27190568).
applied patch MSC:CUMULATIVE VCP PATCH #1 FOR 12.2.7(Patch 28111590:R12.MSC.C)


After the patch we have the following objects invalid:
MSC_APCL_DM_EXTRACT
MSC_APCL_UTIL

They are invalid as we are missing the following objects
msc_apcl_parameters
msc_apcl_categories

These objects are for Cloud integration.
