Editing the Policy Product Does Not Create Parameters for the New Product

Symptoms
On : 2.17.3.0.10 version, User Interface
After implementing patch 2.17.3.0.10, when opening a policy and changing the product the parameter values of the new product are not being created.
The expected behavior is the parameter values of the new product created.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Open the policy for Edit.
2) Change the product.
3) The parameter values default for the new product are not visible here.
4) After pressing the finish button the old product has ended and the new product starts. And the parameter values for the old product have received the end data, but the parameters for the new product are missing.
Due to this issue, parameter values do not pull through. Therefore claims will not be paid correctly.
