Activity "Completes" In MWM However C2M/SOM Activity Status Indicates "Canceled In Field". (Doc ID 2443081.1)

C2M Activity status is moving to "Canceled in Field" when: an optional Field Activity Completion Event is configured to Create To Do From Crew Message, and the completion message from MWM back to C2M does not include a Crew Message. Expectation is that Activity will go to Complete status and optional FA Completion Event for Crew Message will not throw it to a non-Completed state.
