The MultiSpeak SCADA adapter re-sends the first block of statuses or tags multiple times.
When a SCADA system requests a tag resync, the MultiSpeak adapter calculates the number of tags to be sent and when this is greater than the configured block size (# of tags per message) only the first block contains correct tag information. The subsequent blocks do not contain the additional tags - the tags from the first block are repeated.
As a result, SCADA thinks the only active tags are the one in the first block and it deletes the other tags.
It is expected that each block sent by the MS adapter should contain the correct tags.
