Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

When there is a variation in the AV_COST of the ITEM_LOC_SOH table, the RMA process inserts the difference that existed in AV_COST between the days the item was sold and canceled in ReSA, when should have inserted 0.

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Run the query below:

select b.prod_num,
c.org_num,
a.SLS_PROFIT_AMT_LCL, --wrong value, should be 0
a.*
from RADM01.W_RTL_SLS_TRX_IT_LC_DY_F a,
radm01.mstr_w_product_d b,
radm01.mstr_w_int_org_d c
where a.prod_wid = b.row_wid
and a.org_scd1_wid = c.scd1_wid
and dt_wid > 120180518000
and b.prod_num = '544765511'
and a.sls_trx_id in (71694007)
and (sls_scan_count > 0 and sls_qty = 0 and
(sls_tax_amt_lcl + sls_profit_amt_lcl + sls_amt_lcl) <> 0)

2. Open the SDE_RETAIL_SALESTRANSACTIONFACT scenario and verify that the SLS_PROFIT_AMT_LCL field is generated from the AV_COST field found in the ITEM_LOC_SOH table, which is generated at run time.
