ECE "ProductImpl ID" Does not Match with BRM Service POID

The following problem scenario has been encountered:
- An account in BRM with a telephony service POID (e.g. "0.0.0.1 /service/telco/gsm/telephony 67059536928") does not match with corresponding ECE ProductImpl ID (as seen from the Customer cache):
- The incorrect information was detected in EMGateway payload information after a Plan Change in BRM.
- In the BRM database, item_t records are associated with incorrect service POIDs.
The main concern/problem here is:
