The Payment Section Is Having A Cache Issues In Customer Center While Creating A New Account (Doc ID 2443987.1)

Symptoms

On : 7.5.0.20.0 version, Customer Center

After creating a Child account (Paid by parent), the payment method is defaulting to undefined.
1. Create an account.
2. Create child account,
  a. In the General section, check the "Account has a parent"
  b. Choose last Opened account,
  c. Choose the option "The bills for the account are paid by parent"
3. Try creating another standalone account.

Expected behavior: The payment section shall pop up with the new payment information and defaulting to invoice.

Actual behavior: The payment section is not being popped up and defaulting to "Undefined" . And all the subsequent account creations are not popping up the New payment method panel.
