ACP Import Fails with Error: Node XXXXXX Does Not Exist in the Cache (Doc ID 2444356.1)

Symptoms

ACP import fails with below error:

Error

Node XXXXXX does not exist in the cache. It may have been deleted already. (com.agile.admin.client.value.MetaDataException)




Steps

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run ACP import
2. Check import.log and import.err
