Billing Care Collections Page Is Not Getting Deployed After Adding Customized Collections Scenario (Doc ID 2444509.1)

Symptoms

After creating custom collections scenario, with a customized policy opcode, one is trying to open Collections page in Billing Care. After open Collections page, on search results page an error is received. In the java log file,  the request flist can be seen:


The issue here is that this information is not displayed in the Billing Care User Interface.
