(Doc ID 2444519.1)
Last updated on MAY 05, 2021
Applies to:
Oracle Communications Messaging Server - Version 8.0.2 and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Goal
Scenario: Testing new Messaging Server (store) version 8.0.2.2 on Solaris 10 with the Messaging Server version 7.0.5.37.
Rehosting users from another Solaris system running Messaging Server version 7.0.5.37.0 64bit (built Jan 25 2016).
Is this a bug generating some log noise ?
- With another 7.0.5 message store, on Linux, and moving users between it and the 7.0.5 Solaris store produce no similar errors.
- The following error appears on the console of the source store, and is similarly logged in the default log of the target store:
# rehostuser -u <USERID> -d <HOSTNAME> -p p1
- The rehostuser appears to complete successfully; the mailbox is available on the target store, removed from the source store and LDAP entry is updated correctly.
