Symptoms

TMS 5.2.1 Database Objects installation fails  (step 4.3.2.12 from Oracle Thesaurus Management System Installation Guide) while trying to connect from Oracle Database Client to SqlPlus with below error:

ORA-12154: TNS: could not resolve the connect identifier specified
