On 12.1.3 Data Collections in Production:

Users are wanting to know how ASCP Data Collections Determines the quantity on the WIP discrete job/work order when a partial completion is performed.  Example:

ItemA is the assembly on WIP job name = 123 for Qty = 10.  The MRP Net field also shows qty = 10.
Wen data collections is run it shows the job qty = 10 as expected
Users perform a WIP completion transaction for qty = 5.  However the MRP Net field = 10
They run data collections and the job shows qty = 5 which is correct.  How does ASCP collections calculate the quantity on the job?
