Chinese Input Is Not Available When Taking a Photo Using the iOS Mobile Unifier App (Doc ID 2445489.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Users are not able to type Chinese characters when taking a photo using the Unifier Mobile iOS app.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

User should be able to input Chinese characters.

 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login to the iOS Mobile app
  2. Open a Business Process record.
  3. Select 'Add a photo'.
  4. Take the photo.
  5. Attempt to type in a name in the popup window using Chinese characters.
  6. Note reported behavior.
