All Users Unable to Login to Web Client/Java Client - Error: 'Your account is not active. Please contact your PLM Administrator.' and 'java.sql.SQLException: Invalid column name' in the Application Server Log, After Upgrade and Schema Refresh (Doc ID 2445756.1)

Symptoms

All users are unable to login to Web Client & Java Client with below error in the Client UI:

Error

Your account is not active. Please contact your PLM Administrator.


Below error is seen in Agile Application Server log. Refer to Doc ID 1456651.1 for the location:
java.sql.SQLException: Invalid column name

Steps

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Stop Agile Application Server service
  2. Run recreateagile utility to refresh the Agile database schema
  3. Run agile9impdp utility to import Agile database schema
  4. Restart Agile Application Server service
  5. Login to Web Client & Java Client
  6. Get error message:  "Your account is not active. Please contact your PLM Administrator."
  7. Check Agile Application Server log, and see error: java.sql.SQLException: Invalid column name

Changes

Agile Database Schema was upgraded from version 9.3.3 or under to 9.3.4 or above (For example, upgrade from Agile 9.3.1 to 9.3.6), and then the database schema was refreshed and re-imported
