SIM Inventory Adjustment Records Without a COMPLETE_DATE Are Not Purged

In Oracle Retail Store Inventory Management (SIM), the inventory adjustment records with complete status but where the COMPLETE_DATE value is NULL, are not getting purged from the system.
Steps to Recreate:
1. Check the RK_CONFIG and noticed that the DAYS_TO_HOLD_COMPLETED_INV_ADJ is set to '1'.
2. Check the RK_INV_ADJUSTMENT and take a note of the records that have the COMPLETE_DATE as NULL.
3. Run ./PurgeInventoryAdjustments.sh batch.
Notice that all the records with COMPLETE_DATE were purged but the ones from step (2) were not.
