APS Collections Refresh Snapshot Thread for WSH_TRIP_STOP_SN Failed Without Message (Doc ID 2446010.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement
When running standard data collection, Refresh Collection Snapshots and APS Collections Refresh Snapshot Thread for WSH_TRIP_STOP_SN failed.

In the log of "Refresh collection snapshot" there is a description suggesting referring to its concurrent log, but nothing is outputted in the log of APS Collections Refresh Snapshot Thread for WSH_TRIP_STOP_SN.

Also, when running Gather Schema Statistics for WSH schema in same instance, it occurs below error massage.

 index "APPS"."WSH_TRIP_STOP_SN_N1"  or partition of such index is in unusable state***

Error #1: ERROR: While GATHER_TABLE_STATS:
object_name=APPS.WSH_TRIP_STOP_SN***ORA-20000: index "APPS"."WSH_TRIP_STOP_SN_N1"  or partition of such index is in unusable state***
