Diameter Gateway Is Unable To Handle CCR(T), If It Doesn't Contain Any MSCC AVP (Doc ID 2446018.1)

Goal

On : 11.3.0.6.0 version, Diameter Gateway

Diameter Gateway (DGW) is unable to handle Credit Control Request Terminate -CCR (T), if CCR(T) does not contain any Multiple-Services-Credit-Control (MSCC) AVP

In the following scenarios CCR-T will not have any MSCC AVP:

Scenario 1:

a. Customer has switch on the phone.
  - Spending Limit Request(SLR) has been processed
  - CCR(I) has been processed
b. Just before the CCR(U) and without doing any usage went to flight mode. CCR(T) will come to DGW without any MSCC.

Scenario 2:

a. Customer has started usage.
  - SLR has been processed
  - CCR(I) has been processed
  - CCR(U) has been processed
b. The customer has consumed all balance
  - Final Unit Indicator (FUI) has been sent
  - With the next CCR(U) the session and reservation will be cleared in ECE
c. Without doing any top-up customer has stopped usage and went to flight mode. CCR(T) will come to DGW without any MSCC.
