Error:"Print Job has failed. Please contact your System Administrator." When Printing To PDF From P6 Web (Doc ID 2446081.1)

Symptoms

When loging P6 EPPM to Projects tab, 'Save to PDF' fails......The following job log was created in View Service Status

Print Job has failed. Please contact your System Administrator.

From p6.log, we noticed the below error message:

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login P6 Web -> Navigate to Projects/EPS
  2. Open the project -> Click button 'Save to PDF'
  3. PDF Options -> Paper : Page type: A4
  4. Click button: SAVE TO PDF
  5. View Service Status and the job failed.
