Unable To Create A Case In Argus V8.1.2 (Doc ID 2446175.1)

Following 8.1.2 installation (single tenant) user has reported issues with case creation and other case activity

During case Bookin the user gets the following message pop-up in the UI -

"Contact your System Administrator"

CMN_Error_Log shows the following error:

Attempted to read or write protected memory. This is often an indication that other memory is corrupt.
