ORMBA ETL Scripts Not Working After Initial Install With External Authentication Enabled (Doc ID 2446250.1)

Symptoms

 On :  2.6.0.1.0 version, Oracle Financial Services Revenue Management and Billing Analytics (ORMBA )- Dashboards

ORMBA ETL scripts do not work after initial install with External authentication enabled.  

Once the initial install of ORMBA is done, If trying to create a new replication group, all the out of the box scripts fail as having external authentication set up into the system.
