Getting Error Message "Java.Lang.NullPointerException" While Creating and Editing Non-Orderable Items (Doc ID 2446543.1)

Symptoms

In Retail Merchandising System(RMS), while trying to create and edit a non orderable item below error message is encountered.


Steps To Reproduce:

1.Create or Edit an Item with orderable_ind='N'.

2.  Go to Tasks > Items > Create > Select regular type and uncheck the orderable and inventoried check box.

3. Provide the other mandatory details and click OK.Following error message is displayed.

4. "Unexpected exception caught: java.lang.NullPointerException, msg=null".

5. Go to Tasks > Items > Manage Items -> Enter item number and click on search.

6. Click on the item link , Following error message is displayed.

7. "Unexpected exception caught: java.lang.NullPointerException, msg=null".
