On : 12.2.6 version, Data Collections
Unable to release requisitions from ASCP planning workbench
Whenever we raise a requisition from ASCP planning workbench, the requisition gets stuck in interface with 'Charge account' error
Now if we raise by mentioning supplier in planned order then it creates fine. We don't have any customization in Charge account generator.
ERROR
-----------------------
CHARGE_ACCOUNT_ID Charge account is invalid
Cause: The charge account that
you entered is invalid.
Action: Enter a valid charge
account.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. ASCP> Planner Workbench >> release as PR
