Symptoms

On : 14.1.3 version, Installation

When attempting to launch Retail Price Management (RPM) after applying patch, the following error occurs:



The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
  1. Apply hot fix <Patch 28300872>
  2. Attempt to launch RPM

You also observe that RPM batches fail when attempting to run from the back-end
