PON Displays As Order # When Searching By ALL (Doc ID 2446875.1)

Symptoms

MetaSolv Solution version 6.3.0.639

ASR order PON values are displayed in the Service Request Search window's Order Number column when queried using the "Search by: ALL Service Request" option instead of its actual order number. The behavior appears to only occur for ASR orders when using the "Search by: ALL Service Request" option.



Recreation Steps

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Order Management

2. Service Requests

3. Configure query to use Search By: ALL and Service Request

4. Enter a known ASR Order Number value

5. Click Search and note the data displayed in the Order Number and PON columns as compared to the data in the PON and ASR NO fields on the Order Detail tab.
