SP Link Broken On Read History Portal And Under Premise Tree. (Doc ID 2447077.1)

Symptoms

On : 2.6.0.1.0 version, CI - Customer Information

SP Link broken on Read History Portal and under Premise tree.

Clicking the SP link on the Read History portal just takes you to a blank SP page with a blank search screen.
This issue also present in the Rate Check page which is a base page. When user clicked the SP link, it will proceed to the SP search page with missing SP ID.

Steps to recreate:

Description: Clicking the SP link on the Read History portal just takes you to a blank SP page with a blank search screen.

1. When Clicking the SP link in the Detailed Read History the expected output would be, it must proceed to the SP Page with the Service Point Id.
2. After Clicking the SP link, it proceeded to the SP search Page with missing SP Id
3. In Rate Check which is a base page. This issue is also present.
4. When the SP link is clicked the expected output would be, it must proceed to the SP page with the Service Point ID
5. But Instead, it proceeded to the SP search page with the missing SP ID

AND

Steps to recreate:
 1. Navigate to Control Central
 2. Search for an account
 3. Click Premise Tree tab
 4. Under Premise tree, expand Account information
 5. Click the SP link

Issue: SP link is not working. Nothing happens when it is clicked.
Expected Result: It should be navigated to SP page.
