ECS Node Is Showing High CPU Usage After Failed Customer Load

After fixing the data inconsistency in BRM and restarting customerUpdater, all accounts are loaded OK into ECE cache, but even after successful end of data loading, CPU usage exhibits 100%.
- After a full cluster restart, customer loading is started. Due to a known issue (a data inconsistency in BRM database) there is a failure in this process and the customer loading stopped (in customerUpdater) with the below error:
